Refund Policy

• We accept returns for refund only if the product has manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with proof such as photos of the defect or damage.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Shipping costs for returns due to customer preference are not refundable. For defective or damaged items, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return eligible items as per our Refund Policy.
